Individual Disability 

We represent individuals who may have purchased a private disability or Long Term Disability Insurance policy through a broker, agent, or other entity.   In the event that you become totally or residually disabled, and your insurance carrier refuses to pay all or some of your monies, you may have a claim.  We effectively review your claim with our team methodical, insurance-trained professionals to determine if your carrier is improperly denying you benefits.  In most instances, the carrier is wrong in their assertion that you are not owed benefits.

ERISA Disability

 We represent individuals who may have received coverage for a Long Term Disability Insurance policy through their employer or workplace.   In the event that you become totally or residually disabled, and your insurance carrier refuses to pay all or some of your monies, you may have a claim under the ERISA, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, laws.

Insurance Bad Faith Claims

Social Security Disability

Social Security is governmental program that provides monetary and health coverage benefits to those who are disabled and no longer able to work due to physical and/or mental condition(s).  These conditions should be expected to keep the individual from working for at least one year.
