Yuval Rubinstein joined Equitas Disability Advocates in 2009.  Prior to and since joining the firm Mr. Rubinstein has developed a broad range of experience litigating cases involving group long-term disability (LTD) and individual disability insurance (IDI) policies.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Rubinstein attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earning his A.B. in political science in 2002.  He was a recipient of the Bronze Tablet, the highest undergraduate honor and is awarded to the top 3% of each graduating class.

Mr. Rubinstein went on to earn his J.D. from the College of William & Mary in 2005, where he served on the William & Mary Law Review.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Rubinstein was selected as the 2005 Drapers' Scholar, continued his post-graduate studies in London, England.  Focusing on international litigation and dispute resolution, he was awarded the LL.M. degree with merit from the University of London in 2006.
