He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Rochester and went on to become board certified in Diagnostic Radiology following a residency at Yale-New Haven Medical Center.
Following academic practice at Yale and the University of Texas, he joined the Watson Clinic, a large multi specialty group practice in Lakeland, Florida with extensive clinical and administrative practice. His experiences in Administrative Medicine and direct patient care led him to consider a career in Law and he attended the University of Florida Law School with particular interest in Health, Administrative and Disability Law and was awarded the Juris Doctor degree cum laude in 2008. He subsequently was admitted to the Florida Bar in the same year.
Dr. Rauschkolb brings a unique perspective to Equitas. With over 20 years of specialty and direct care practice, he has a deep understanding of the difficulties facing disabled patients. His experience in Medical administration and education in Law allows him to understand the difficulties in negotiating the various systems. Finally as a disabled person who has experienced the difficulties, discrimination and all aspects of living with a claim, he has a unique empathy to clients and patients.
