Brian Abeles, has more than 35 years in the insurance benefits field, having specialized in the disability insurance and benefits field exclusively for more than 30 years.  Accompanying the many years of focused study and involvement in the disability benefits field has been the development of unique capabilities and degree of expertise gleaned through the nearly 15 years of disability claims consulting experience.  For more than fifteen years Mr. Abeles primary source of claims consulting referrals and insurance coverage business has been Attorneys and CPA's.

Rose & Rose, together with Brian Abeles, joined together with a goal of forming a unique boutique law practice in 2008, now known as Equitas Disability Advocates, LLC, the primary focus and objective of this firm is to represent the rights and interests of Individuals, both professionals and executives as well as their business and professional entities that are in the position of pursuing their rightful disability benefit entitlements associated with insurance coverage claims, addressing what are unquestionably most serious concerns about obtaining the rightful entitlements of claimants from the perspective of providing both claims consulting services and legal representation against the insurers.

A primary objective and concept of this new firm was to bring together over thirty-five years of disability benefits expertise, experience and capabilities as well as having access to an exceptional and extraordinary array of intellectual property resources associated with and specific to the disability benefits field.
